Food was delicious. Very nice and welcoming environment and staff were all so nice. Can't recommend enough. I got carne asada street tacos and a juice. They make the juice fresh right there for you. All fresh all natural ingredients. Will absolutely be back 🥰
We enjoyed everything about this place. Clean, cute simple decor and amazing food. Definitely would recommending this place to get a quick fix for Mexican food. We got the chilaquiles and birria torta, both were fantastic.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place deserves it. The food is so fresh and you can taste the quality in everything. It’s hard to find spots that feel this clean and consistent. The owners are incredibly kind and you can tell it’s family-run with a lot of love behind it. The whole experience just feels good from the moment you walk in. I’ve been a few times now and it’s been great every single time. Definitely my favorite place in town.
Don't sleep on this place!!!! Just because they have a great vegetarian option doesn't mean that the traditional menu is bland. On the contrary, the traditional menu sends you to your abuelas house and if it doesn't, well that's another story. Make sure you ask for spicy salsa to give your meal an extra kick of deliciousness!! Had the carne asada burrito and the mix of the rice, beans, and cheese I thought I was with my grandmother. Great atmosphere and fabulous food, will be stopping here every time I drive I-5. My daughter only wanted meat on her tacos, but the meat was amazing!!!!
We visited for a work lunch meeting and enjoyed the ambiance. There was a world cup game on, so everyone was energized. The staff were kind and provided extraordinary service. The horchata was fresh and tasted amazing. I can want to go back here again!
Coming from a Mexican household and being a bit of a tough food critic, this place is genuinely perfection. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and consistently good. The ingredients taste fresh and flavorful across the board, and nothing feels watered down or shortcut—you can tell it’s made the right way. Also- they have a whole vegetarian menu for all of the veggie people out there!! The service is always quick, and the people there are genuinely so kind and welcoming, it makes the whole experience even better. Easily the best Mexican food in Roseburg!!! Thank you La Cocina!!
10/10 La Cocina has become one of my favorite spots in Roseburg, I’ve never been disappointed. Everything is made fresh in the cleanest kitchen, pretty sure you could eat off the floor. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful and there is something on the menu for everyone. They have a variety of fresh squeezed juices & Agua Fresca, fruit bowls, vegetarian options, and fresh Mexican dishes. My favorites: Chamoy Bowl, Chilaquiles, & Birria Quesadillas.
